Rental Plans & Pricing
What is the minimum rental period?+
The minimum rental period at RentoCloud is 3 months. This is shorter than most competitors who require a 6-month minimum commitment.
What are the starting rental prices?+
Rental prices start at just Rs.399/month depending on the product. For example, air conditioners start from Rs.1,167/month, refrigerators from Rs.599/month, and washing machines from Rs.699/month.
Is there a security deposit?+
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount varies by product and is fully refundable when you return the product in good condition.
Can I extend my rental period?+
Yes, you can extend your rental period at any time. Simply contact our customer support team before your current rental period ends.
Delivery & Installation
Is delivery and installation free?+
Yes, RentoCloud provides completely free doorstep delivery and professional installation for all products across Delhi NCR.
Do you offer same-day delivery?+
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM, subject to product availability in your area.
Which areas do you serve?+
We currently serve Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, and Faridabad. We are continuously expanding our service areas across Delhi NCR.
Maintenance & Support
Is maintenance included in the rental?+
Yes, free maintenance is included with every rental. If any product malfunctions, our technicians will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
What happens if a product stops working?+
Simply contact our support team via phone (+91 8587881820) or WhatsApp. We will send a technician within 24-48 hours. If the product cannot be repaired on-site, we will replace it.
What are your customer support hours?+

Returns & Cancellations
Can I return a product before the rental period ends?+
Yes, you can request an early return. Please note that a nominal early termination fee may apply depending on how early you return the product.
How do I request a pickup/return?+
You can request a return by contacting our customer support team at least 3 days before your desired pickup date. We will schedule a free pickup from your doorstep.
What is the refund policy for the security deposit?+
The security deposit is refunded within 7-10 business days after the product is picked up and inspected. The full amount is refunded if the product is in good condition.
